Return And Replacement Policy

If you have received a damaged item you can return it to us and get a replacement within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost.

Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. Once we accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped to you.Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy. Consumable items that have been used or installed cannot be returned. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers are likewise ineligible.

‘Damage’ or ‘defect’ is as defined under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please return the item in the actual condition you received it with all its original packaging and accessories.

Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same.
